Mirror Mirror on the wall....

Who is the most handsome boy of them all??? Christian Lewis is!!!


Christian crawled into our room when I was sorting laundry the other day. He discovered our closet door mirror. He loved looking into the mirror and was amazed by it.


He also kept trying to crawl into it and bonking his head on the door. As you can see in this picture, he is trying to touch the "other" baby. Too cute......

Family Photos

This past weekend we had our family pictures taken. A former client of mine, Krista Goodwin, came over and spent several hours with us. She was AWESOME!!! Krista took time with each of our kids and our family as a whole to get these remarkable pictures. It had been a long time since our kids had a "professional" picture taken. Too long, in fact!! With having three little ones and trying to get pictures taken every few months, I might as well have a monthly appointment somewhere not to mention I'd need to win the lottery. Here are my "peeks" of Reagan, Claire and Christian. Krista will have all the proofs to me in the next couple of weeks. I can't hardly wait.....

Here are our updates for Reagan, Claire and Christian for this past week......

Christian has a new nickname..."Scooter"! He has learned to do the "army crawl" over the weekend. Nothing is safe in our house anymore. Like it was safe to begin with, HA HA!!! We are still waiting for his top front teeth to cut thru. They are taking much longer than the bottom ones did. He is also getting very good at feeding himself his little fruit and veggie puffs they make just for babies. Christina LOVES his food!!!

Our little Miss Claire is now in a "Big Girl" bed. We were waiting as long as we could to keep her in the crib but she decided that she longer liked to stay in it. Todd and I were afraid that she would hurt herself climbing out so we moved her out of it. The first week was a little rough on our nerves because she would not stay in the "big" bed, either. She is doing much better now that the "newness" is wearing off. We also signed her up for preschool starting this fall. She will go to Old Bethel one day a week. I can't believe my little 4.7lb baby is now ready to start preschool!!!!

Reagan Leeanne is SOOO excited because we signed her up to play tee ball this spring!! We bought her a tee and balls to practice at home with, if the weather will ever warm up! She can't wait for the coach to call and tell her the "right" color socks and cleats to buy. It's the little things in life that make you happy, huh?? :):) We also signed Reagan up for the four year old class at Holy Spirit this fall. She will go three days a week next year. We are sad because her friend Madelyn will be transferring to St. Joan of Arc next year. But Julie and I will make sure the girls still get together for "play dates".

That's about it for this week! My babies are just growing and getting bigger (against my will)!!! I get so excited to see and hear all their "new" things everyday but it is all bittersweet because that means they are getting older and I am just not ready for that yet.

Christian Lewis: Seven months old

Christian turned seven months old on March 2nd. Where has the past seven months gone?? Christian is still our happy healthy baby boy!!! What more can we ask for? He is sitting up on his own, rolling ALL over, cutting more teeth, chewing on EVERYTHING under the sun and just happy as a lark. We also had to buy him a "big boy" car seat. Christian was getting so big we could no longer buckle his infant car seat anymore. This age and stage is one of my favorites... you start to see their own unique personality shine thru, they are so sweet and innocent and everything is new to them and you see things again for the first time thru their eyes. We have started having Christian eat dinner with us and trying him on some table food. He loves mashed bananas with applesauce!!! I took some pictures of him feeding himself peas.....

Isn't he such a big boy? And so handsome, too!!!! We don't go back to the doctor for a regular check up until he is nine months old. So, on his eight month I will post how big he is. I can't remember his exact height and weight at his six month check up but was in the 90% on height and 80% (almost 19lbs?) on weight.
