July 4th, 2008

Happy 4th of July to everyone!! This was Christian's first 4th and he had a great day! We had my parents and friends, Jim and Robin, over for a cookout and then headed downtown to watch the fireworks. The kids had a great time with the sparklers while we were waiting then LOVED the big fireworks.

I bought the kids some glow sticks that were red, white and blue. They had a blast with them. Here they are showing them off on the way downtown....


Once we got settled and set up to watch the fireworks we brought out the sparklers. The girls loved them and Brandon was having fun trying to see how many he could light at one time.

Christian was getting all kinds of lovin' while we were waiting for the show to begin. Also, check out his BIG boy haircut he got this week. He is becoming such the little boy these days...

Here are the kids faces while watching the fireworks go off. They were awestruck at how big and loud they were. Christian LOVED them... He was dancing and smiling the whole time.
